Self-Love

Do you want to have more confidence and speak kinder to yourself? Self-sabotage and negative self-talk are two things that often keep us from truly loving and accepting ourselves for who we are. Join transformational leaders, Megan Caldwell and Leslie Moore to guide you into:

  • What self-love and self-compassion mean to you

  • Reflect on what is currently holding you back from showing up as your best self

  • Identify simple ways you can show more love to both your body and mind daily

  • Guided movement, and visualization (no equipment required)

You walk away with a new perspective as to what self-love may look like and you will begin to re-write your internal narrative to include more love and kindness towards yourself.

Affirmation Candle Making

Join your passionate leader Leslie, founder of The Candle Creation Bar, while she guides you through suggested aroma therapeutic blends to help you support taking care of yourself. You'll create your own gorgeous, 9-ounce affirmation candle with step-by-step instructions and journaling prompts that will guide you to your personally crafted I AM statement to take home for a beautiful, self-loving ritual. Adorn your candle with rose petals for extra self-compassion.

Your candle will be available to pick up the next business day or shipped for a small fee.

This workshop is for you if:

  • You love gorgeous essential oils, affirmations, and using your hands to make all things beautiful

  • You seek to connect with other kind, self-loving humans

  • You typically put everyone else’s needs ahead of your own and are ready to take two hours just for you

  • You want to feel more joy, calm and empowered

  • You are ready to journey towards more self-acceptance and self-love

Please contact Leslie@thecandlecreationbar.com if you have any questions or concerns.
